    In anticipation of a Government Contract award: We are accepting resumes from Physician Assistants to provide medical services at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, VA.

    Typical Schedule:

    • Full time, 40 hours
    • Monday - Friday
    • No on-call or Federal holidays

    Position Details:

    • Outpatient clinical setting
    • Pharmacy & Labs on-site
    • Military Insured Population

    • Monday through Friday 40 hrs week
    • Supervise and provide general screening, medical care and examinations of patients
    • Annual mental health assessments
    • Diagnose and treat patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma
    •  Familiarity with unique Military needs and situations is desirable
    •  Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and paper documentation is necessary







    • Bachelor's degree.
    •  Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and must have completed a residency or fellowship training of 12 months
    • Graduate from an accredited college or university certified by the Accreditation Review-Commission on Education of the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
    • Be a graduate Physician Assistant qualified by academic and practical education to provide patient services as a physician extender under supervision of a physician. Be a graduate of a Physician Assistant Training Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC- PA), or its predecessors, and acceptable to the Surgeon General, USAF, is mandatory.
    • Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants (NCCPA).
    • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS accredited by the AHA
