     We are currently accepting resume in anticipation of an upcoming government contract award for a Certified Medical Assistant for Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC), Kings Bay, GA and may also support other Clinics affiliated.



    Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC), Kings Bay, GA



    Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 0630 to 1730 and Thursday from 0630 to 1930

    This is a full time (40 hours) clinic position 


    Receive patients and explain procedures, providing humane and appropriate care and communication to alleviate fear of examination.

    Correctly position the patient for the examination and make adjustments necessary for the required examination. Determine if any special patient preparation is required.


    You must have:


    • Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.

    • Be a graduate from a medical assistant training program accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), OR the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) of the American Medical Technologists, OR a formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces, OR other formal program as specified in the position specific task order.

    • Possess a minimum of one year full-time experience in the last three years as a CMA in an outpatient family practice or primary care setting.

    • Possess certification as a medical assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants OR registration by the American Medical Technologists OR the American Registry of Medical Assistant OR National Center for Competency Testing.
