Bookkeeper Job Duties:

  • Pay bills and maintain ledgers.
  • Make bank deposits and receipts of money.
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Generate 1099’s and W-2’s.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Assist accountants with financial statement preparation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent account information.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.





Working Independently

Joint Venue experience a plus

Developing Standards

Data Entry Skills


Attention to Detail



Formal accounting education and training

Preference given to candidates with ADP and/or QuickBooks experience
