    Duties & Responsibilities:

    As a GiaCare employee your duties and responsibilities will be the same as any other registered nurse on the same unit.


    Some duties are as follows:

    • Document, track & report on cases bi-weekly
    • Medical & administrative charting
    • Coordinate treatment plans with appropriate medical facilities
    • Soldier education on available resources
    • Review & track health assessment
    • Maintain applicable spreadsheets, schedules, appointments, archiving documents and manage routing correspondence


     Must have:

    • Baccalaureate in Nursing from an Accredited Nursing School
    • Current, valid, professional RN license from any US jurisdiction
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Case Management



    • Current Case Manager Certification (CCM)
